At an After-the-Storm Rainbow
Did you catch the rainbow yesterday? It wasn't as colorful as some I've seen, but that could have been because the evening was so strangely colored in general. As the sun was setting, everything took on an eerie orange glow. Reflection off low-lying clouds of the setting sun? Or maybe the light was filtering through the Sahara Dust Cloud, which they say is the largest ever to make its way across the Atlantic. Whatever the reason, it made for a spectacularly colored evening! I'm glad I went out into the neighborhood to experience it.
